Pawpaw Cake
Adapted from Lorena Valiente’s recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup canola oil
1 egg
3/4 cup pawpaws small pieces
1/4 cup slivered almonds (or pecans)
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl
In another beat egg with sugar and oil
Mix and fold in pawpaw and nuts
Bake at 350 for 25 mins
