You may know that the Musconetcong Watershed is home to a great diversity of plant life, but did you know that much of it is edible? Come hear Tama share her and Chef’s top picks for delicious plants that are easy to find. Challenge your notions of what is “weed” and what is “food”! Tama and Chef Eddy Leroux, of restaurant Daniel in New York City ‘s soon to be release combination field guide and cookbook (Foraged Flavor June 2012 Random house) has 88 simple recipes to showcase 71 plants you can find in New Jersey.
